MAPUK was selected to deliver bespoke ventilation solutions for a prestigious 12,605 sq ft detached residence in Kensington and Chelsea. The project demanded air distribution systems that seamlessly blended with the property’s luxurious aesthetic while meeting the highest performance standards.
The ventilation system needed to provide exceptional air distribution performance and integration with the property’s architectural and interior design features.
MAPUK collaborated with the building contractor, Slender Winter Partnership Ltd, to provide tailored air distribution solutions, addressing both the functional and aesthetic needs of the property.
The solutions we delivered included Micro Blade grilles and Mini Swirl diffusers. The products discreet, sophisticated designs were integrated into custom joinery and cabinetry, maintaining visual harmony in key living areas while ensuring effective, high performing airflow control.
LDB linear diffusers and MF1N-U8 grilles were installed in open-plan spaces and intricate areas, including sidewalls and coffered ceilings. This delivered even airflow and thermal comfort while maintaining a low-profile appearance.
The project outcome was a success, by combining technical precision with a deep understanding of design, we were able to create a solution that met the client’s exacting standards. Seamlessly integrated ventilation systems complemented the property’s refined interiors. Precise engineering ensured consistent, quiet air distribution, contributing to a tranquil, comfortable environment.
