The VREactive round flow rate control unit is designed to control initial pressure independent constant or variable flow rate.
The round flow rate control unit VREactive is designed to control an initial pressure-independent constant or variable flow rate. Complete shut-off is also possible.
Depending on the model size and flow rate, the minimum initial pressure difference is approx. 5 Pa ... approx. 50 Pa, based on duct air speeds of 1...10m/s.
The casing is provided with plug-in end pieces with lip-seal gasket to fit lock-seam spiral wound air ducts according to DIN EN 1506. All components are factory-wired and hose-connected.
For sound and heat insulation, a 50mm mineral wool insulating shell with sheet steel jacket is available.

- Minimum initial pressure is approx. 5 Pa to approx. 150 Pa (size dependent)
- Flow rate range of 1 to 10 m/s duct velocity
- Maintains flow rate regardless of changes in pressure (up to 800 Pa. depending on size)
- Blade with EPDM sealing, low leakage meeting DIN EN 1751 Class 3 requirements
- Form-fitting damper axle of galvanized precision steel according to DIN 1652
- Low-friction, maintenance-free co-polymer dampers
- Differential pressure measurement in the damper blade area on two cup-shaped elements
