The Glebe
Located on Glebe Place in Chelsea, this super prime luxury development encompasses the conversion of a school and the construction of two new villas, resulting in nine luxurious dwellings nestled within the grounds of the former Edwardian school building.
Despite the transformation of the site, the original façade retains much of its charm. MAPUK was selected for this project based on our expertise and technical expertise in crafting bespoke ventilation solutions and products that honour the buildings' rich history and design. We meticulously designed a variety of bespoke ventilation grilles to harmonise with the interior aesthetics. Each grille, a statement piece and carefully designed and sensitively located, playing a pivotal role in contributing to the overall ambiance of this development.

We provided technical advice and Mini Swirl diffusers to ensure optimal thermal comfort within rooms boasting 16ft high ceilings. These diffusers were thoughtfully concealed behind a range of decorative bespoke ventilation grilles, seamlessly integrating into the interior design details while honouring the heritage of the building.
The project involved tight deadlines and collaboration among a variety of teams with different project goals, an area MAPUK understand and incorporate into the process when designing ventilation solutions.
